The Communications Coordinator will report to the Communications Manager and be responsible for maintaining and updating company information for strategic proposals, marketing, and internal communications. They will work closely with the MarCom team to support interdepartmental campaigns and maintain brand standards across the Phillips enterprise.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Write, update, and maintain information sheets on current and completed projects.

· Format, update, and maintain in-house personnel resumes.

· Collaborate on and help draft internal communications, including quarterly newsletters, events, social media posts, and internal campaign updates

· Assist with developing and documenting the proposal plan, proposal team assignments, and initial proposal management plan.

· Assist with pink team and red team review and adjust marketing materials in response to review results and requests.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent communication skills: verbal, technical writing, and creative writing, as well as proofreading and editing.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

· Adobe InDesign experience preferred, Illustrator, and Photoshop experience a bonus.

· Extremely organized and meticulous with details.

· Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources.

· Ability to meet deadlines.

 

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, journalism, English, or related field. Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

· At least three years of experience in proposal or technical writing experience highly preferred.
